By creating an account or using SabKuch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
What SabKuch is
SabKuch is a place where buyers and shops in wholesale markets find each other and agree on an order. We are not the seller. The sale is between you and the shop. We do not hold, send or receive money for orders: you pay the shop directly, in the way the shop lists. We do not deliver goods; the shop does.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give true details. Keep your password and sign-in codes private.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account. We may block accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.
Buyers
- An inquiry is not an order. A price becomes an agreement only when both you and the shop confirm it in the app.
- Agree the price, delivery and payment with the shop before you pay. Keep your payment receipts. For large orders, start with a small payment.
- Rate shops honestly, and only for orders you received.
Shops
- List only goods you are allowed to sell, with true descriptions, photos and prices. Keep prices and stock up to date.
- Answer inquiries, keep the prices you confirm, and send what you agreed.
- Do not use SabKuch to send spam. Messages to past buyers are limited, and buyers can report you.
- A Verified badge means we checked the shop exists. It is not a guarantee of any particular order.
Not allowed
Illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous goods; fraud or misleading listings; abuse, threats or harassment; collecting other people’s data; trying to break or overload the service; and using SabKuch to avoid paying a shop you agreed a price with.
Reports and removal
You can report a shop, item or review from the app. We may hide listings, remove content or block accounts to protect people and the marketplace. We will try to tell you why when we can.
Our responsibility
We work to keep SabKuch running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. Because the sale is between buyer and shop, we are not responsible for the goods, their quality, delivery or payment disputes, and, as far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from orders made through SabKuch or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani law that cannot be limited.
Ending your use
You can stop using SabKuch and delete your account at any time. Open orders are cancelled when an account is deleted.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
