Delete your SabKuch account.

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the app.

In the app

1. Open SabKuch and tap Menu.
2. Tap Account settings.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

This works the same on Android and on the website at app.getsabkuch.app.

If you cannot open the app

Write to support@getsabkuch.app from the email address on your account, or tell us the mobile number you signed up with and we will ask a question only you can answer. We will delete the account within 14 days and confirm by reply.

What happens

• You are signed out on every device straight away.
• Your name, mobile number, email, password, Google link, saved city and interests, favourites and notification tokens are removed.
• Open orders you made are cancelled, so the shops see them as cancelled.
• If you run a shop, it is switched off and its items are hidden. Open orders for it are cancelled.
• Orders that were already finished stay in the history without your name, number or email.
• Backups are overwritten on a regular cycle, so deleted data drops out of them over time.
